BHM, Culture & Inclusion: Beyond the month of October

In October we celebrated Black History, Diwali, All Hallows’ Eve as well as World Mental Health and World Menopause day. It was a month to celebrate and honour the diversity that we know is vital to good business performance, employee retention and a rich and just society. But now it is over, so where do we go from here?
