BUILDING A GREEN, SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS

As part of our commitment to being a truly sustainable business, we take tangible steps to reduce our environmental impact and promote eco-conscious working practices.

We support remote and hybrid work models to minimise daily commuting and cut down on CO₂ emissions. By using digital systems for document management, we’ve dramatically reduced our reliance on paper—an essential step in creating a more sustainable recruitment agency.

In line with our “reduce, reuse, recycle” approach, we encourage all team members—especially those working from home—to avoid single-use plastics and switch to reusable bottles and glassware wherever possible.

We’ve also embraced digital tools that support the planet. One small but meaningful step has been switching our browsers to Ecosia, the search engine that funds global reforestation. Over 100 million trees have already been planted, and we’re proud to be part of this mission.

Sustainability is a continuous journey, not a one-off initiative. Our internal Eco Team meets every six weeks to review progress, exchange ideas, and implement new practices. From reducing waste to rethinking our supply chain, we’re constantly evolving to live up to our responsibility as a sustainable and inclusive business
