Operations Manager – Iconic Global Technology Brand Contract Length: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Rate: £51.92 per hour (PAYE) Working Model: Hybrid – Office-based Tuesday to Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive the delivery and scaling of technology products and internal tools from pilot to full deployment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring strong operational leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Marketing, vendors, and external partners (including news publishers) to improve existing operations and support the commercialisation of new solutions, including AI-driven initiatives and content licensing projects. Key Responsibilities Product & Program Delivery Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products and internal tools, from planning and design through launch, optimisation, and scale. Review and validate Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business and partner needs. Lead program execution by identifying risks, managing dependencies, resolving issues, and escalating where necessary. Balance business priorities with technical constraints to deliver sustainable, high-quality solutions. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a key liaison between technical and business stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Solutions, and external vendors. Manage stakeholder expectations, requirements, feedback, and escalations with a strong focus on customer and partner advocacy. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical & Systems Oversight Apply systems design principles to support scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions. Support technical triage by understanding system dependencies, integrations, and operational constraints. Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess trade-offs and alternative approaches to complex problems. Operations, Data & Continuous Improvement Own internal triage processes, escalation calls, and help desk operations, ensuring fast response times and high customer satisfaction. Maintain and improve help centre products and operational documentation. Use data and analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation. Drive continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, and clear SOP creation in partnership with Product teams. Leadership & Results Deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer experience. Support roadmap planning by contributing operational insights, implementation learnings, and best practices. Ensure high-touch support where required, with minimal escalations and consistently strong outcomes. Required Skills & Experience Essential 5–10+ years’ experience in operations, technology management, or program management within the tech industry. Strong stakeholder management skills across both technical and business teams. Proven experience translating operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Experience managing vendors and third-party partners (vendor operations experience is a strong fit). Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and systems design principles. Experience owning triage, escalation, and support operations. Desirable Experience working with news publishers, content platforms, or content licensing initiatives. Exposure to AI-related projects or emerging technologies. SQL or database knowledge for trend analysis and optimisation (nice to have, not essential). Experience working with large global vendors (e.g., Cognisant or similar).

Partnerships Executive

Partnerships Executive – Global Streaming Entertainment Platform Affiliate Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Minimum 4 months, with strong potential to extend to end of 2026 (and possibly increase hours) Working Pattern: 4 days per week Pay Rate: £24.50 per hour   The Role Looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Executive to support Partnerships team during a busy commercial period. This role plays a key part in activating brand and retail partnerships, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly so the sales team can focus on driving revenue. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and the Partnerships Manager you will support pitch preparation, live campaign delivery, partner communications and internal systems. The role suits someone confident juggling multiple projects in a fast?paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.   Key Responsibilities Partnerships & Campaign Support Support the activation and delivery of live partnership campaigns. Assist with artwork approvals, prize sourcing and campaign tracking. Manage partner onboarding, kick?off calls, asset sharing and follow?ups. Provide logistical and admin support for events and trade shows. Act as a key point of contact for day?to?day partner queries. Decks, Presentations & Materials Prepare and adapt pitch decks for partner meetings and presentations. Ensure accuracy, consistency and version control across all materials. Tailor decks for different partners, sectors and campaign objectives. Liaise with internal teams (Publishing, Theatre, Communications, Consumer Products) to source: Assets Insights Stats and case studies Maintain a central library of decks, mock?ups and partnership materials. Convert legacy decks into Google Slides where required. Admin, Systems & Asset Management Manage shared drives and ensure clear, logical file structures. Take notes on internal and external calls, tracking actions and follow?ups. Support onboarding and asset migration into partner tracking system.  Create simple partner resource documents with relevant links and assets. Manage internal book and product stock for partners, including sourcing, logging and shipping. Prospecting & Commercial Support Use tools such as LinkedIn and Pearlfinder to identify new potential partners. Support market and partner research for pitches. Assist with outreach emails when required. Depending on experience, provide light finance support (POs, expenses, tracking). About You Essential Experience in a coordinator or support role within partnerships, marketing, licensing, IP, entertainment or FMCG. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, particularly with decks, copy and data. Confident using Google Workspace (Email, Drive, Meet, Google Slides). Comfortable managing shared drives and systems. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Able to work autonomously and take initiative. Confident working with both internal and external stakeholders. Desirable Experience working with licensed IP or entertainment studio brands. Experience supporting campaign activations. Familiarity with Pearlfinder, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools. Understanding of asset management and rights sensitivities.
