JOB TITLE: EMEA Web Producer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a leading global enterprise technology organisation, is seeking an experienced EMEA Web Producer to support the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across multiple European markets.
The successful candidate will have strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience and a background in website production, content management, localisation and delivery of complex digital projects within a B2B environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and prioritise daily web production tasks using project management systems.
- Edit, build and publish website content using AEM.
- Create campaign landing pages with accurate tracking.
- Support regional campaigns, product updates and major event experiences.
- Support the migration from AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud Services.
- Build dynamic content experiences and support personalised digital experiences.
- Manage localisation workflows across multiple EMEA markets.
- Apply tags and support the rollout of new page templates and SEO content.
- Use page analytics and performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Test website experiences, identify bugs and resolve content issues.
- Support AEM component enhancements, new features and brand updates.
- Work closely with marketing, project management, engineering, creative and regional teams.
- Maintain clear visibility of project progress, timelines and dependencies.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least four years’ experience in web production, website publishing or digital content management.
- Strong experience using Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 and/or AEM Cloud Services.
- Experience working within a B2B environment.
- Experience managing web content across multiple regions or locales, ideally across EMEA.
- Experience delivering complex web projects, including localisation, SEO, campaign pages, event launches or brand refreshes.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront or comparable tools such as Jira, Trello or Smartsheet.
- Strong website quality assurance and testing skills.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Contentsquare or Hotjar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach to working with global and regional teams.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Experience supporting an AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud Services migration.
- Experience with Experience Fragments, Adobe Target or personalised digital experiences.
- Experience working with dynamic content and AEM Cloud.
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Polish or Italian.
Proficiency in English is required.
