As 2024 draws to a close and 2025 begins, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible year for Career Moves. Together with our clients, partners, and talented team, we’ve achieved significant milestones and continued to drive positive change.   

This year, we were proud to achieve B Corp accreditation, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability, diversity, and making a positive impact through everything we do. Our purpose-led journey continues to shape how we work with our clients, candidates, and communities.   

We also launched our Women in Power event series, creating a space to celebrate and amplify the voices of female leaders breaking barriers across industries. These inspiring events are fostering important conversations around leadership, innovation, and inclusion, and we couldn’t be prouder to be part of this movement.   

In addition, our HR Breakfast Networking events remained a cornerstone of connection for the HR community, helping professionals come together to share insights, tackle challenges, and strengthen their networks.   

We were also delighted to expand our services with the launch of a dedicated Finance division, adding to our expertise in placing senior leaders, permanent and temporary staff, and supporting MSPs across a wide range of industries.  

None of this would have been possible without our dedicated and talented team, who have worked tirelessly to deliver exceptional results this year.  

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue with these initiatives that make a meaningful impact. Additionally, we will be launching our partnership with Career Ready to mentor and support young people from diverse backgrounds.
