*Terms and conditions apply: The ‘Referred Candidate’ must not already be registered with us (or we have not had contact with the candidate for 2 years). For candidates placed with salaries under 50k per annum, you can choose £100 Voucher or make £100 charitable donation. For candidates placed with salaries over 50k per annum, you can choose £50 Voucher or make £150 charitable donation. For temporary placements, the  equivalent hourly rate or daily rate is applied. The ‘Referred Candidate’ must mention the ‘referral candidate’ when applying to job. Fees are payable once the ‘Referred Candidate’ has been placed for a minimum 13 weeks or until they have passed their probation period (whichever is longer).Career Moves Group will have successfully placed the ‘Referred Candidate’ in a new role within six months of the date of the application. In the event of a disputed fee, Career Moves Group’s decision shall be final.
