A different kind of gift this holiday?

​It’s been a great year for CMG in large part thanks to the wonderful network of clients and talent we have had the pleasure of working with this year. Thank you.

For this reason, we want to give back during this Season of Giving by donating a discreet sum to charity in lieu of sending physical Christmas cards. So we asked our lovely employees to tell us about some of the worthy causes they had been supporting this year.

Just in case you were looking for some charities to support over the holiday season, we thought we’d share a shortlist of three charities that hold a special place in the hearts of our #CMGFamily.

​			A group, often overlooked and for whom Christmas is likely to be especially tough are those who have experienced the loss of a partner at young age. WAY is the only national charity providing emotional and practical bereavement support to people 50 and under.

​	​		Coming out, or being outed as LGBTQ+ can lead to young people being made homeless.  With the average cost to provide one young person with emergency accommodation having doubled in the last year, donations are pivotal to bolster this organisation’s ability to support LGBTQ+ young people experiencing homelessness this winter.

​			At Career Moves, we are committed to acting responsibly and continue to be intentional about sustainability.  The energy crisis, racism, mass extinction are just some of the topical issues tackled being by this UK-based grassroots environmental campaigning community.
