Video Sales Specialist Manager

We’re looking for an experienced video advertising sales specialist to help major retail and consumer brands grow their investment in online video advertising.
You’ll work alongside account managers who own relationships with large advertisers, bringing specialist knowledge of video products and the market. You’ll develop pitches and client workshops, recommend products and strategies, and use data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
This is a consultative sales role focused on client strategy, product recommendations and investment growth. Campaign setup and activation are handled by specialist teams.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver persuasive video advertising pitches, client workshops and tailored solutions.
- Advise clients on how video products can support their business goals.
- Use data, customer research and market insight to identify growth opportunities and recommend investment.
- Partner with account managers and internal teams to build client strategies and strengthen relationships.
- Share sales best practices, market feedback and product opportunities with internal teams.
- Help advertisers understand new products, features and beta offerings.
What we’re looking for:
- Around 8–10 years’ experience in sales, with a strong record of pitching and growing client investment.
- Experience in video sales or working across multiple video channels at a media agency.
- Experience in brand or social advertising and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of, or enthusiasm for learning, online video advertising products and their place in the market.
- Confidence advising senior clients and building recommendations from data and customer needs.
- Experience with large-scale advertising campaigns and substantial budgets.
Agency backgrounds such as communications planning or business direction are relevant, as is sales experience at digital media or advertising platforms. Search or performance marketing experience alone is less closely aligned.
