Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent gifting programmes and experiences from strategy and creative development through to production and fulfilment.
  • Develop elevated, personalised concepts for specific talent, titles, occasions and relationships.
  • Provide creative direction across product selection, packaging, personalisation, storytelling and presentation.
  • Translate regional strategy and business priorities into clear, deliverable programmes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Content, Publicity, Awards, Marketing, Advertising and Events.
  • Identify priority talent, sensitivities and opportunities requiring regional or global alignment.
  • Research emerging trends across fashion, design, food and drink, wellness, technology, travel, hospitality and culture.
  • Introduce new brands, products, makers, agencies and creative suppliers.
  • Manage agencies, suppliers, brands, production partners and fulfilment providers.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, production schedules and supplier costs.
  • Anticipate and resolve operational, logistical and reputational risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of gifting history, talent preferences, supplier information and project activity.
  • Use Airtable, AI and automation tools to improve research, reporting, organisation and project workflows.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance and Tax teams on contracts, compliance, insurance and supplier requirements.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and apply insights to future programmes.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contractors and external partners.

About You

  • You have approximately 10 years or more of relevant experience in talent relations, entertainment, experiential marketing, premium gifting, brand partnerships, hospitality or a related field.
  • You have independently led significant programmes or complex workstreams from strategy through to delivery.
  • You understand how thoughtful gifting and experiences can strengthen long-term talent relationships.
  • You have strong knowledge of premium brands, cultural trends, hospitality and experiential opportunities.
  • You can translate talent insights, cultural context and commercial objectives into compelling creative recommendations.
  • You combine strong creative judgement with excellent project management and operational delivery.
  • You have experience managing complex budgets, suppliers, production schedules and logistics.
  • You are comfortable advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • You can manage multiple high-profile projects, changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential talent information.
  • You are proactive, collaborative and confident making independent decisions.
  • You can adapt concepts for different countries, cultures and audiences across EMEA.
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace and Airtable.
  • Experience using AI or automation to improve working practices would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in entertainment or another high-profile, talent-facing environment is strongly preferred.

The Ideal Candidate You will be a creative and strategic problem-solver with the operational expertise to deliver complex, high-profile experiences to an exceptional standard. You will bring fresh ideas, strong cultural awareness and the confidence to operate independently within a fast-moving global organisation.
