What you’ll be doing

  • Leading key L&D projects such as career pathways, competency frameworks, leadership and management programmes, and performance development processes
  • Designing and delivering innovative, engaging learning content and training sessions
  • Partnering with teams to diagnose development needs and create targeted solutions

  • Confident project leader with excellent planning and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships
  • Experience working in or with media, creative or fast-paced environments
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable working autonomously

If you’re a strategic, forward-thinking L&D professional who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment, we’d love to hear from you. Apply Now!
