Partner Activation & Technical Operations Specialist – ICONIC GLOABL TECH BRAND

  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Rate: £39.42 per hour (PAYE)
  • Location: London – King’s Cross (hybrid)
  • Start Date: ASAP / Urgent requirement

Overview
ICONIC GLOABL TECH BRAND is seeking an experienced Partner Activation & Technical Operations Specialist to support the EMEA Sales organisation. This is a highly operational and analytical role focused on enabling Sales teams by providing internal technical support, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring accurate measurement of ROI for BRAND Ads clients.

The role sits within the BRAND Ads and Media MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) ecosystem and works closely with internal sales teams, advertisers, agencies, and technology partners across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Activation & Coordination

  • Lead and support partner activation initiatives across EMEA, ensuring alignment between Google, advertisers, and external partners (agencies and tech partners).
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal Sales teams, enabling them to deliver high-quality external client engagements.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all workstreams remain aligned to agreed timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate activation trackers and project documentation across MMM and advertiser engagements.

Technical & Operational Support

  • Provide technical and operational support to Sales teams, resolving internal queries to enable client-facing teams to focus externally.
  • Work with the Google Ads and Media MMM data platforms to measure and evaluate client ROI.
  • Support dashboard development and performance tracking to ensure accurate reporting and insight generation.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities to improve scalability and operational effectiveness.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign and MMM data to generate insight-led performance reports.
  • Translate complex data outputs into clear, actionable insights for Sales and partner stakeholders.
  • Support SQL-based analysis and dashboard creation where required.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with EMEA Sales teams across multiple European markets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different geographies and cultures.
  • Partner closely with marketing, commercial, and technical teams to ensure aligned delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 5–8 years’ experience in an operational, technical, or partner activation role within the tech, online marketing, or digital advertising industry.
  • Experience working with BRAND Ads, media measurement, MMM, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Background in online marketing strongly preferred; retail industry experience is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into insight.
  • SQL experience and dashboard building skills ideal (mid-level proficiency).
  • Experience working with measurement, ROI analysis, and performance reporting tools.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Commercial & Strategic Understanding

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, media measurement, and ROI evaluation.
  • Ability to align partner and advertiser objectives with execution-focused activation plans.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience working across EMEA / European markets.
  • Additional European languages are highly desirable.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational, and delivery-focused environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with agencies and third-party technology partners.
  • Exposure to automation and workflow optimisation initiatives.
  • Prior experience supporting sales enablement or revenue-driving teams.
