Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Analyst to support the B2C Marketing team across users, creators, and broader audience engagement initiatives. This role will partner closely with regional marketing stakeholders to deliver strategic insights, campaign analysis, audience recommendations, and data-driven decision support that influence marketing strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing acumen with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently translate ambiguous business questions into actionable insights. This is not a pure data science role, but requires confidence working with large datasets, SQL familiarity, experimentation frameworks, and marketing measurement methodologies.

This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract based in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional marketing teams to identify strategic opportunities and solve complex business challenges through data-driven analysis.
  • Deliver audience, creator, and campaign insights that support marketing initiatives and drive incremental growth.
  • Translate stakeholder briefs into clear analytical approaches and actionable recommendations with minimal supervision.
  • Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, behaviors, growth opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, and audience engagement outcomes across marketing initiatives.
  • Support experimentation and measurement frameworks, including audience testing, creative testing, incrementality analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Build compelling presentations and insight narratives tailored to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis requests and provide strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate across marketing, analytics, research, and operational teams to define success metrics and align on business priorities.
  • Contribute to inclusive decision-making and support DEI-focused audience and creator engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing strategy, consumer insights, or business analysis within large B2C organizations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement, campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and consumer behavior.
  • Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet-based analysis (pivot tables, trend analysis, charting, rollups).
  • Understanding of experimentation principles including confidence intervals, statistical significance, and MDE.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise business insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience working autonomously in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within online video, creator economy, digital media, or entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with YouTube ecosystem trends and creator engagement strategies.
  • Experience using tools such as Plx, Colab, or dashboarding platforms.
  • Background in large global consumer brands or matrixed organizations (e.g., Google, Unilever, L’Oréal, P&G, Meta, Amazon, TikTok).
