- Help onboard hotel partners and ensure a smooth partner experience.
- Respond to partner queries quickly and professionally.
- Support reactive account management across hotel partners.
- Help resolve issues, bugs, content updates and troubleshooting requests.
- Support KYC and operational processes.
- Work at scale across a high volume of hotel partner accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep work moving.
- Adapt quickly to urgent changes, shifting priorities and last-minute requests.
- Bring strong organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to have a plan B, C and D.
Skills and experience required:
- 3+ years’ experience in partner support, account support, customer success, hospitality operations, travel, coordination, PA or EA roles.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Confident managing multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm, proactive and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Fluent English required.
- Spanish language skills would be a strong plus.
- CRM or Salesforce experience would be beneficial.
This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys supporting others and helping partnerships succeed.
- Is highly organised and dependable.
- Can manage urgent changes without becoming overwhelmed.
- Has experience supporting clients, partners, senior stakeholders or busy teams.
- Is excited by the travel and hospitality sector.
- Wants to grow into a role that may involve owning a portfolio of hotel partners in the future.
