About the Opportunity

A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of HR Business Partnering to lead and evolve its people strategy during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will partner with senior executives, lead a team of HR Business Partners, and drive organisational effectiveness across a complex, multi-site and international environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, developing leadership capability, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the business has the talent and organisational structure required to achieve its strategic objectives.
This role is office-based five days per week and will suit an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where visibility, stakeholder engagement and hands-on leadership are key to success.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will:

  • Lead the HR Business Partnering function and drive a high-performance, commercially focused HR agenda.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Oversee workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive leadership development programmes to strengthen capability across the organisation.
  • Lead employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives, using data and insight to influence decision-making.
  • Support business transformation, organisational change and restructuring programmes.
  • Ensure HR governance, compliance and people policies are consistently applied and aligned to employment legislation.
  • Develop the HRBP operating model, ensuring consistent and impactful delivery across the business.
  • Coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners, creating a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Use people analytics and workforce insights to support strategic planning and performance outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a strategic HR leader with a strong track record of operating in complex, fast-moving organisations.
You will bring:

  • Significant experience leading an HR Business Partnering function within a large, multi-site or international organisation.
  • Proven success in aligning people strategy with commercial objectives.
  • Strong expertise in organisational development, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
  • Experience leading business transformation, cultural change and organisational restructuring programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR governance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at executive level.
  • Experience developing high-performing HR teams and building HRBP capability.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision making.
  • A collaborative, resilient and pragmatic leadership style.

What’s on Offer?

  • Opportunity to shape and influence the people agenda at a strategic level.
  • Exposure to senior executive stakeholders and business-critical transformation projects.
  • A collaborative and ambitious culture focused on growth, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership of a talented HR team with the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the organisation.

If you are a strategic HR leader who combines commercial insight with a passion for developing people and organisational capability, we’d love to hear from you.

You will hear back within a week of us viewing your cv if you are successful – 5 days in the office is non- negotiable for this role.
