A leading global travel platform is seeking an experienced EMEA Experiences Business Operations Manager to support the onboarding and execution of high-profile experiences involving globally recognised hosts, talent and partners.
This is a high-visibility operational role where accuracy, discretion and exceptional attention to detail are essential. You will take ownership of the operational delivery behind these experiences, ensuring that hosts, guests, partners and internal teams receive a seamless and consistently high-quality service.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident managing multiple stakeholders and comfortable resolving issues in a fast-moving environment where the quality bar is exceptionally high.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, review and maintain accurate, high-quality experience listing pages.
- Support guest selection, vetting, communications and logistics.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners and third-party vendors.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines, actions and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify tooling requirements and operational gaps.
- Support system testing and advocate for appropriate fixes and improvements.
- Analyse the performance, results and impact of individual experiences.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with urgency and sound judgement.
- Provide support during standard working hours and scheduled on-call periods.
- Maintain clear documentation covering workflows, processes and operational procedures.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing deadlines.
- Ensure all work meets a consistently high standard before delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least five years of operations management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Experience coordinating internal teams, external partners and vendors.
- Strong Google Sheets skills.
- Confidence working with data, reporting and analytical tools.
- Ability to learn new systems, tools and detailed operational processes quickly.
Desirable Experience
- Experience within the technology sector.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, events or guest operations.
- Experience supporting VIPs, talent, high-profile partners or premium customer experiences.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau or Jira.
- Experience working closely with product or engineering teams.
