Job : Executive Assistant to CEO – Hybrid

Location : Central London

Duration : 3 months FTC with possible extension

Salary : £ 39,000 – £ 42,000 pa

Sector : TV Production

 

Our client in the TV Production space has an exciting opportunity for an EA to join the company on a 3 month FTC with possible extension to support the CEO. This role will be hybrid working around 2-3 days in office per week and comes with a salary up to £ 42,000 pa depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior management or C-Suite in a similar environment across the creative or Production sector.

 

Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :

  • Manage and co-ordinate the diary of the CEO and the wider management team.
  • Coordinate complex travel and accommodation requirements for the CEO
  • Act as an efficient first point of contact for the group
  • Manage the other team assistants within the business to ensure Creative Directors and Managing Directors are sufficiently supported.
  • Coordinate & prepare agendas/information for meetings, collate and finalise materials, including monthly Board meeting, and ensure the CEO and management team are fully briefed ahead of time of meeting
  • Produce high quality written materials, draft and write letters/emails, memos, reports, agendas, minutes and presentations as required.
  • Reconcile monthly expenses for the CEO
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Support the business Ad hoc as needed
