The pandemic seems to have sparked a global phenomenon being alternately dubbed the "great resignation and the " great awakening”.There is, after all, nothing quite like a pandemic for prompting reflections on the truly big questions. Definitions of success are being redefined and with it, the ideas on how to achieve it. At the same time job recruitment is continuing to grow at some of the quickest rates recorded, labour shortages are not going away, and newfound flexibility is making geography less of a barrier to opportunity.
One might ask whether this is the most opportune time for candidates to embark upon a making a career change?
