Compliance Training Designer

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £19.23 per hour
A leading global organisation is looking for a Compliance Training Designer to join its Payments Compliance team on a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will create clear and engaging training content to support employee onboarding and help teams understand and practise key compliance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop training content for Payments Compliance processes.
- Create onboarding materials and learning resources for new starters.
- Use Rise 360 to develop engaging digital learning content.
- Work with subject-matter experts to understand complex processes.
- Translate technical and regulatory information into simple, learner-friendly content.
- Review feedback and make improvements to existing training materials.
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate training launches.
- Manage projects independently and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
Skills and experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in instructional design, learning design or e-learning development.
- Experience using Rise 360.
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Experience creating onboarding or compliance-related training content.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to break down complex information into clear, easy-to-understand steps.
