Contract Length: 12 months
Pay Rate: £50.96 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: Early June 2026
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Travel: Up to 20% across EMEA

The BRAND Business Education team empowers businesses to grow through world-class digital education. Their mission is to deliver the latest marketing innovations – products, solutions, and best practices – to advertisers, agencies, and partners globally.
The team collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Policy, and Product teams, as well as external partners, to design and deliver impactful learning experiences across BRAND’s family of apps and services.
The Role
As a Business Education Training Partner, EMEA, you will lead the planning, activation, and delivery of education programs across the UK, Ireland, MENA, and Turkey, with additional support across EMEA as needed.
This role is ideal for a seasoned digital marketing professional who thrives in training, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement, and who brings deep hands-on experience with advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver education strategies aligned with global and regional Blueprint priorities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Business Education offerings across assigned EMEA markets
- Build strong partnerships with cross?functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Policy, Business Engineering)
- Plan, manage, and activate large?scale educational programs and special training initiatives
- Deliver in?person and virtual full?day training sessions, with a focus on Branding and Performance Marketing solutions
- Maintain expert?level knowledge of advertising products and act as a trusted training authority
- Ensure all training materials are current, consistent, and aligned with global Blueprint standards
- Support advertisers and partners through their Certification journey, including certification sprints
- Assess market and audience needs to identify new educational opportunities
- Synthesise market feedback and communicate insights back to the global Blueprint team
- Partner with Regional Project Managers on education communications and reporting
- Support regional operations by working closely with the Regional Lead, project managers, contractors, and trainers
Minimum Qualifications
8–10+ years of demonstrable experience in:
- Digital marketing education and training delivery
- Events management, public speaking, or instructional design
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead complex projects or programs
- Strong problem?solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing senior or executive?level stakeholders
- Background within digital media, advertising, or creative agencies
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using analytics, dashboards, or AI tools in a training or marketing context
