Market Coordinator – Spain & Portugal, based in UK

Location: Hybrid (office preferred Tue & Thu)
Contract: Full-time, fixed term (4 July 2026 – 4 June 2027, possible extension)
Pay: £19.37/hour PAYE
Role Summary
Support Market Management and Key Accounts teams for Spain and Portugal by handling high-value Host inquiries and escalations. Act as a key liaison between Hosts and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex Host inquiries and escalations end-to-end.
- Research, triage, and assign cases with recommended resolutions.
- Communicate clearly with Hosts while meeting SLA targets.
- Maintain knowledge of policies, Community Support processes, and risk guidelines.
- Help improve listing quality and support strong Host performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with in-market initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer support or account management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, G Suite, or Jira preferred.
Preferred: Experience working with accommodation partners or platforms such as Booking.com, Amazon
