Rate: £28.85 per hour PAYE
As a Luxe Market Manager, you will drive supply growth across assigned markets in Spain and Portugal. You will be responsible for acquiring and developing high-quality luxury homes while building trusted, long-term relationships with hosts, property managers, and real estate partners.
This role blends strategic market development with hands-on host management. You will act as the local market expert, combining deep knowledge of luxury travel and real estate with a consultative, relationship-first approach. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Luxe Guest Services, Content & Quality, Product, and Policy, you will help ensure every Luxe listing meets premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Lead net-new host and listing acquisition to meet or exceed quarterly supply goals
- Prospect high-quality luxury homes through research, networking, and partnerships
- Build relationships with luxury real estate professionals, property managers, and operators
- Qualify inbound leads and deliver fully vetted listings for onboarding
- Clearly and compellingly articulate Comapny Luxe’s value proposition via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Market Development & Launches
- Own new market launches end-to-end, from lead generation to post-launch performance monitoring
- Develop deep knowledge of local markets including neighborhoods, architecture, design trends, pricing, seasonality, and competition
- Create and maintain localized pitches tailored for luxury homeowners and partners
Host Account Management & Optimisation
- Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Conduct regular business reviews to address challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive growth
- Support onboarding of new Luxe listings and ensure a seamless host experience
- Improve listing performance and bookability through analysis and targeted host education
- Design strategies to manage and optimize long-tail hosts
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Escalations
- Serve as the main liaison between hosts and internal teams (Guest Services, Content & Quality, Product, Policy)
- Effectively triage and escalate host issues while maintaining strong host relationships
- Share host feedback to inform product improvements and policy decisions
- Educate hosts on platform updates, policy changes, and best practices
Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience
- 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or strategic partnerships
- Background in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition and/or revenue targets
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
- Strong CRM proficiency with disciplined pipeline management and reporting
