IT Systems Support Analyst
Location: Staines, Surrey
Length: 12 months
Rate: £200-224.94 per day (inside IR35)
Hours: 9-6pm

? Provide a “friendly face” point of contact and problem resolution for users

? Ownership of all incidents and requests, including interactions with other resolver groups.
? Work with team members based across EMEA office handling tickets across EMEA employee locations.
? Troubleshooting any software, hardware, network, phone, print or telecommunication issues that may arise for in-office and all remote staff
? Handling onboarding related tasks, including equipment provisioning, account provisioning and new hire education
? Assist in continuing technical education for users
? Enforcement of IT policies (security, email, accounts, passwords, compliance, etc)
? Writing and updating IT documentation and media content
? Assist in long term IT projects as necessary
? Work between our Staines and City office
Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel. Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
? Experience providing desktop support for Apple OS X and Macintosh computers
? Experience providing desktop support for Windows
? Experience with handling a variety of mobile devices in a BYOD environment
? Experience managing and configuring common office equipment
? Experience with a wide set of SaaS products such as: O365, Docusign, Eloqua, Concur, WorkDay, Zoom, Okta, among others
? Experience working and coordinating with a distributed team and adept at working in an interrupt-driven environment
