Reward Manager
London (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)
Permanent, Full-Time
£85 – £95k + 15% bonus

Are you ready to take ownership of a global reward function and lead a major transformation? We’re looking for a Reward Manager to join our clients People Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping how they attract, motivate, and retain talent across 4 regions!

This is a hands-on role with opportunity to make a real impact, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and loves building structure from complexity.

As this role will manage a team which manages Compensation, Benefits and Payroll activities, you will need a solid understanding of all elements of the function.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do in this role:

  • Lead the full Reward agenda globally – including pay reviews, benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits across 14 countries.
  • Own a major Global Payroll RFP from start to finish – drive the process to select and implement a new global payroll provider, ensuring a smooth transformation.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits operations – ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple geographies.
  • Manage & develop a small team – 2 Compensation & Benefits Specialists and 1 Payroll Specialist, uplifting their capabilities and making them the go-to experts.
  • Bring clarity and prioritisation – assess current processes, identify gaps, and create a roadmap for improvement.
  • Drive improvements – across benefits, reward cycles, Workday processes, and compliance.
  • Shape reward strategy – work closely with the Head of Reward & Operations, who values collaboration and autonomy.
  • Use data to influence decisions – reporting through Workday and finding creative ways to bring insights to life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to global payroll operations.
  • Ideally have previous experience leading a global payroll provider RFP or extensive exposure managing a reward/payroll transformation project.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cyclical reward processes (pay review, bonus cycles).
  • Familiarity with systems like Workday (ideal, not essential).
  • A proactive, hands-on approach—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.

Whats on offer?

  • Salary up to £95k + 15% bonus
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the London office
  • Flexibility and trust – work with a highly supportive Head of Reward who empowers autonomy
  • A chance to own transformation and make a lasting impact on a global scale
