Senior Project Manager
Location: London
Length: London
Rate: £47.71 p/h PAYE (Approx. £99.2K per annum)
Hours: 9am – 6pm

This client is a leading cloud-based software company that specialise in providing enterprise-level human capital management (HCM) and financial management solutions. The organisations flag-ship product is its HCM software which helps thousands of companies across the globe manage their HR processes.

About the Team
The EMEA PMO team is dedicated to transform the way Marketing works by orchestrating streamlined marketing campaigns and programs execution experiences; and optimizing operational processes to efficiently build awareness and generate qualified demand for our products. We focus on operational efficiency, business impact, and enablement.

About the role
In the role of EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager at this organisation, you will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and manage pan-emea events and process optimization initiatives implementations. You’ll work with all cross-functional marketing teams to deliver your programs within scope to your main stakeholders being the EMEA Events team.  
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pan-EMEA Events

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of key pan-EMEA events to support the successful execution of deliverables
  • Develop and manage comprehensive event project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional department heads, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event planning and execution process.
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks
  • Audit program once completed, determine improvements, and implement process change.

Process Optimization initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related inquiries and issues within the EMEA region; and conduct regular reviews of Workfront processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Marketing Operating model processes and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity across the EMEA region.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND/SKILLS:

  • 7+ years in business-to-business marketing with proven project management experience. PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-national corporate environment is essential and agency would be a plus
  • Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing a plus.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project). Admin experience in Workfront would be a plus
  • Must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/ campaign or multiple projects at the same time and able to work virtual teams.
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions, choose alternatives, and improve overall processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detailed oriented, organized and exceptional time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, deadline-driven, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
