Location: London
Length: 6 Months
Rate: £404.06 p/d PAYE
Hours: 9am – 6pm

This client is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, and one of the largest and most prominent spirits and beer producers globally. With a plethora of well-known and recognisable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG space

Scope:
This role will be part of D&T– Global StP & Procurement. This candidate will be responsible for delivering digital solutions for Procurement and Global Source to Pay product line. 
 
The role has a global remit, good knowledge of end-to-end procurement and STP processes is preferred.
 

  • As a business analyst, you will be responsible to liaise with business stakeholders in Procurement to gather requirements for the solutioning of technology.
  • Key accountability is to understand, analyse, prioritise and document business requirements via standard business analysis techniques.
  • Be accountable to translate business requirement in technical documentation.
  • Analyse and validate requirements for changes to business process and policies, and translates them into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the Procurement products and solutions used in operations
  • Supports the product functional design process based on knowledge of the users and technology in partnership with D&T Transform and Business product owners
  • Develop end-to-end testing scripts, lead and review user acceptance testing, functional test scenarios.
  • Support change management assessment and providing the necessary content and explanation for process and system functionality.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
 

  • Bachelor’s level degree from a recognized university preferred.
  • 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement and Source to Pay domain.
  • Experience from both process and systems perspective across:
  • Source to Pay / Purchase to Pay,  Sourcing & Supplier Management, Contract Management, Third Party Risk Management
  • Mastery of the skills relating to Business Analysis, Process Documentation, Improvement & Process Design
  • Candidate must be able to work independently with the business on requirement gathering and gap analysis.
  • Candidate should define end to end test scenarios and facilitate the business users in UAT.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with products like Coupa, OneTrust, Icertis , SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud etc.  is desirable
  •  Candidates with prior CPG industry experience will be given preference.
  • Proactive approach, team player, quick learner with tenacity and drive to succeed.
  • Strong planning, coordination and engagement skills combined with the ability to manage priorities
