Temporary Team Assistant
Career Moves Group are assisting a global media brand a Central London team to recruit an outstanding Team Assistant. Working with one of the most exciting global brands, this position will be providing full support to their finance team, and heads of department across the finance sector.
Team Assistant Responsibilities:
First point of contact for the team, through relaying messages to team members quickly to solve queries within the office and by phone.
Receiving guests for visits and meetings.
Managing the Finance and Treasury Leads diaries to ensure effective use of their time, and avoid conflicts, through adhering to necessary priorities as guided by the team.
Organise team meetings as required, including venues and facilities, and the issuing of reminders are given to enable in a timely and effective manner.
Meeting preparation, including presentations, agendas, minutes, packs, papers and notes.
Supporting finance with the filing of bank and investment portfolio statements.
Team Assistant Characteristics:
Highly organised, with a hands-on and proactive approach to work
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail, with production of own correspondence.
Ability to produce professional presentations in PowerPoint with a demonstrable good standard of written English.
Self-motivation and enthusiastic dedication to meeting self-set deadlines, with an engaging personality to interact and work with the team.
