Career Moves Group are helping a London based firm hire a dedicated receptionist to greet all company visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Based on the front of house reception, the company require someone who is committed to providing the best service possible in an efficient, effective, and enthusiastic delivery, you may be working alongside other receptionists and supporting other colleagues as well.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities of the Receptionist
Duties will include:
Ensure the day-to-day administrative requirements of the team are dealt with efficiently and systematically
Process administrative tasks quickly and efficiently
Answering and transferring calls in a positive tone
Liaising with couriers
Booking and managing meeting rooms and then setting them up
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system for manager and team; archive files as appropriate
Coordinate events and meetings involving both external and internal stakeholders; provide effective scheduling for a wide range of communications projects
Some ad hoc administrative duties required
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities of the Receptionist
You have prior experience within an administrative role in a fast-paced organisation
Experience with diary management
You are very organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
You're flexible and highly responsive to the needs of the project, team and wider group
You are an expert user of standard office tools, including excel
You enjoy variety and have a hands-on mentality - no task is too big or too small
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with people
