Our Search Process

The search team offer their undivided and uninterrupted focus for those we partner with on retained assignments. The process of finding the best senior talent requires the highest levels of confidentiality, talent mapping, relationship building, and recruitment process management. Included, your search will be managed with upmost discretion.

Phase 1:             The Big Brief

During the first phase of our engagement, we will meet you for a detailed brief to connect with our client and offer optimum hiring solutions. We will use our proprietary database to research potentially qualified candidates, targeting appropriate companies, sourcing key industry executives and making preliminary contact with such candidates.

The result of this Phase will be the compilation of a "long list" of qualified and interested candidates.  We will select those that we believe merit further consideration.

Phase 2: Candidate Contact, Interview Management, Evaluation and Presentation

The second phase of the search involves our meeting these prospective candidates along with those that may emerge through continued research and screening them for interest and potential qualifications. 

Before speaking to new prospective candidates about the role, all shall be issued with a Non-Disclosure Agreement and even on discussing the role, they will not be informed as to who the client is, as we respect the security of our client and their trust in our services.

We will conduct interviews with those candidates we believe to be most qualified. Based on these  interviews and other information provided by these candidates, we will then prepare a written report, which will include, as agreed, a shortlist of CV’s with accompanying candidate profiles. 

Phase 3: Client Interviews, Referencing, Offer, Negotiation, Closure and Transition

The final phase of the search will involve your selection of the candidate. This will include the coordination of initial and subsequent meetings with you and others as appropriate, the communication of the results of the meetings to you and the candidates, the development of a strategy for final offer, reference checking and the placement of the successful candidate.
