Caroline founded Career Moves back in 1987 and has since grown the company from strength to strength. In addition to leading the company and its divisions, Caroline still actively recruits across senior and executive level HR positions within FMCG, retail, tech, telecoms, marketing, creative, event and media owning organisations.

With her extensive network and experience developed over nearly 30 years, stays ahead of the competition and is front of mind for clients and candidates alike.

With nearly 30 years' HR recruitment experience, Sheryll works with talented senior and executive level HR professionals within media, retail and tech organisations, corporate brands and higher education institutions. Sheryll leads on Career Moves internal and external leadership and mentoring programmes. This includes Career Ready UK which provides employability skills training sessions and support to sixth form students at Queens Park Community School in north London.

Jason is the newest addition to the Career Moves HR team. With over 15 years of experience constructing his career in recruitment across South England and London, Jason now personally recruits across the mid-to-senior market focusing within commerce and industry sectors including Telco, FMCG, Retail, Leisure & Media, and the Third Sector.

Esther first joined Career Moves in 1996 after spending a few early years of her career working in the media industry herself. On having twin boys, took a few years out and now works remotely from Newcastle.

Esther gets a huge buzz matching talent with amazing roles from inspiring clients we work with in the Human Resources arena, in the regions and more recently in Europe.

Since joining Career Moves, Laurence has established himself as one of the leading HR recruiters in London with an enviable network of contacts. Having worked in business support, HR and internal Recruitment roles at some of the biggest global companies including Apple, McKinsey&Company, Y&R/WPP and FremantleMedia, Laurence transferred his skill set to Career Moves where he now leads the HR recruitment team across creative, digital and media industries.

Laurence works on a wide variety of generalist and specialist roles at the mid-senior level and executive search assignments. 

Tom Dunne

Tom joined Career Moves in September 2016 after graduating from the University of Central Lancaster in Music Production.  After a successful first year establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients, Tom progressed from Junior Account Manager to Account Manager. Tom recruits junior HR roles into media, tech and creative businesses.

Tom is passionate about music and before joining Career Moves worked alongside media companies, running his own music events across the north of England.

Marc Notman

Junior Account Manager

Marc joined Career Moves in June 2018 after moving to London from his home town Edinburgh. Marc comes from a creative background and studied Design and Digital Arts at university. Marc is part of the HR recruitment team, focussing on junior HR roles for global media, tech and creative clients.  Additionally, he manages the HR division’s marketing and social media.

Out of work, Marc is a freelance Digital Designer and volunteers for London Pride on the Social Media team.

Kelly has been part of the Career Moves team for over 10 years. Kelly leads PR, Marketing & Digital recruitment, as well as Executive Search for retainined assignments. Kelly enjoys working as a talent partner connecting some of the world’s leading brands with exceptional people.

She has worked in house running senior recruitment projects for clients, has hosted numerous high profile events and workshops and is the proud winner of a Marketing and Digital Recruitment Award for Best Client Side Recruiter. Kelly still loves recruiting so reach out today.

Junior Account Manager

Katie joined in early 2018, coming from a legal recruitment background. She now sits on our PR and Marketing team and recruits for temporary and interim positions within the Creative/Tech space. Her roles range from Sales and Business Development to Digital Marketing and UX. She currently partners with some of the world's most pioneering and recognised organisations within their fields,  and is always looking to connect with top talent. She is a Durham University English Literature graduate and musical theatre enthusiast!

With over 2 years’ experience his expertise lie within life sciences and marketing across the tech and telecommunications industries. With a considerable amount of experiences communicating directly with Human Resources departments  it was only natural for TJ to transition into a role focusing on assisting HR professionals seeking new permanent opportunities in global technology companies, across staffing roles, recruiters, as well as marketing positions, including account managers.

Kate started her recruitment career within aviation before moving in to London where she decided to implement her previous experience as an Office Manager to recruit Business Support roles. She now has six years’ recruitmemt experience within Media, Creative, Marketing & Communications, Tech and FMCG.

Following her graduation from the University of Nottingham with a bachelors degree in History, Naomi sought a positive team-working environment that allows her to utilise her analytical presentation skills. Naomi is now recruiting receptionist, administrator, and personal assistant positions across Central London.

Office Manager and IT Support

Michael is working an Office Manager and IT support, supports all areas of our back office, through managing contracts, dealing with suppliers and troubleshooting IT issues.
