Visual Designer

Location: London

Length: 6 Months

Rate: £28.69 - £31.47 per hour (40 hours p/w)

Hours: 9am-6pm 

The Workplace apps and website are everchanging and growing, and a full set of easy-to-use and up-to-date design files that represent our product faithfully are needed, in order for our Marketing team to create assets with them. Working closely with both the product design team and the Brand Studio, you’ll be responsible for owning our design file production process, creating shots of our product that will be used in marketing events and for other materials. You’ll also be responsible for creating and updating our design library of product shots to ensure we have a suite of well-maintained design files available.

Role Specification
• 6-8 years of experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Figma
• A meticulous attention to detail - a passion for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Good communication with stakeholders, managing expectations.
• Strong communications skills and ability to collaborate with others.
• Self-starter who is detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player.
• Stand out portfolio with experience working on multi-channel campaigns, across multiple locales.

o Responsible for mocking up and final art working all product shots for events.
o Be the design conduit between Product and Brand. Ensure guidelines and QA standards are applied.
o Create decks for presenting creative work.
Product Shot Templates:
o Add product features to our suite of product design figma templates.
o Able to spec and interrogate new briefs for templates as they come in.
Product Shot Repository
o Creation of a design/pattern library for all Workplace product shots within Figma.
o Be the custodian and ensure files are up-to-date and readily accessible.
o Actively look for ways to improve our art working production and QC process.
