UX Researcher

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £20.58 - £23.29 pe hour (40 hours p/w)

Hours: 9am-6pm

The UX Recruiting team has seen major growth over the last 4 years! All of the hard work has seen the Research Org has grown from 15 Researchers in 2017 to over 85+! We are still growing with the internal growth of teams and new products joining London! We are looking for a Sourcer to join our team, based in either Dublin or London.

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to the company.
  • Partner with other members of the Recruiting organization (Recruiters, Coordinators, other Sourcers, and Managers) to manage an efficient model of operation.
  • Help develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
  • Develop and execute the research strategy to support our global resourcing needs including evolving our processes so we can streamline and innovate how we work with the business.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed.
  • Lead and collaborate cross-functionally on projects and initiatives related to improving sourcing, scaling our interviewing processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers.
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques.
  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications Experience approaching passive candidates.
