Talent Resourcer

We are currently recruiting for one of the world’s leading media and entertainment groups. They entertain over 50 million individuals across the UK every week and they are currently looking for a budding Recruitment Professional to join their team!

As the Talent Resourcer for one of the most fast paced and rewarding areas of the Talent Acquisition team, you will report into an experienced Talent Manager who will guide you in supporting the business unit in the recruitment across all areas and levels. You will be responsible for screening incoming candidates, helping network with some of the top tech & digital talent in the world both active and passive and supporting the wider business with recruitment.

This role offers great opportunity to learn the full cycle recruitment process to support the hiring of mission-critical roles. You will have the opportunity to learn about digital, non-tech and tech roles!

Responsibilities of the role
  • You’ll be seeking and finding the best talent across ours and other industries, including working to provide a shortlist of diverse talent
  • Help build talent pools for hard to fill and specialist skill sets 
  • Delivering a consistent experience for all direct applicants and providing an exceptional candidate experience at all times!!
  • Working as ambassador for the brand, ensuring that internally, as well as externally, everyone working with the Talent Team has a truly wonderful experience!
  • Work with other members of the team to run assessment centres to filter large pools of candidates e.g. entry level talent in line with our skills/capability
 You will be great for this role if you;
  • Can demonstrate that you have recruitment experience within agency or in-house
  • Are keen to be part of a team that is focused on sourcing diverse talent
  • Confidence in dealing with multiple roles and able to provide insight to any challenges
  • Process driven, utilising the recruitment CRM/ATS and working to best practise
  • Able to deliver significant impact to candidate experience
