Job descriptionWe are recruiting for a Talent Coordinator to join this innovative Marketing Company! You’ll be needed to providing support across the entire recruitment process.
This is a hybrid role based in London, paying up to £30K depending on experience.
Duties, including but not limited to :
- Supporting the Hr Division with candidate & admin support
- Mining top talent through referrals, networking & job boards
- Screening candidates to evaluate suitability for live or potential roles
- Scheduling interviews and liaising with managers & candidates
- Ensuring all administration is accurately recorded on HR system
- Writing & posting job adverts on relevant sites and evaluate incoming applications
- Someone who is organised, can work to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a HR department or part of a Talent team
- Previous sourcing experience is desirable
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
