Job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading Entertainment brands to support of the Talent Acquisition team for an initial 6 months on a fixed-term contract. With the busy state of the team, there is a chance that the opportunity to be made permanent could arise, but for now this is a 6 month assignment, to assess the need for a longer term position.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the Talent Manager, you will responsible for supporting the end to end process of hiring across tech, non-tech and digital. You will be tasked with sourcing, engaging and securing the best talent for various teams, not with the industry experience but also introducing diverse talent to the business.
- Leading on end to end talent acquisition for Tech, non-Tech and Digital roles of all levels
- Working with Hiring Managers to assess their requirements and advise of market conditions and hiring strategy
- Building relationships with internal managers and candidates - with a focus on always providing exceptional experience
