We have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join one of the world’s fastest-growing independent agency networks!Our client is looking to make significant growth over the next 5 years and they need a TA Manager to join their talent team to help with their expansion plans. You'll be working closely with two other TAs to source candidates, oversee the recruitment process and work closely with hiring manager on recruitment needs and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive forward innovative ways to deliver on diversity & inclusion commitments
- Sourcing a strong mix of talent from a variety of backgrounds,
- Ensuring the selection practices used by hiring panels are inclusive and robust
- Oversee recruitment by coordinating with recruitment agencies and hiring managers
- Assist in search, assessment and selection activities of senior hires
- Work with the CEOs and local hiring managers on recruiting planning needs and succession planning
- Work with the People Generalists to smoothly onboard all new joiners
You'll need to be the kind of person who is a strong communicator, confident in your persuasion skills and a true team player. You'll need previous experience of hiring from diverse candidate pools, be confident using various job boards and platforms to source candidates and have conducted candidate screening.
