Our client is a leading media group who are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their Technology & Digital team!You'll be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, responsible for delivering the full cycle recruitment process to support the hiring of business-critical roles. As Talent Acquisition Manager your goals will be to grow the technology department by sourcing top technical talent, assist to expand company reach in the media industry and work as part of a team who want to bring diverse and forward thinking talent to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Talent Acquisition transformation project in technology & digital
- Source the best talent within the industry and looking beyond to source new and diverse talent
- Partner with senior stakeholders to help build talent pools for hard to fill and specialist skill sets
- Deliver a consistent, best-in-class recruitment experience for all applicants & candidates
- Work closely with the wider P&C team to help build and deliver EVP across the external candidate market
To thrive as the Talent Acquisition Manager you'll need previous experience recruiting for technology and digital roles including Java, Frontend, iOS and Android, and .Net. This is a fast paced environment so you'll need to be adaptable and comfortable working to tight deadlines. Our client is all about innovation so would love if you can contribute new ideas to improve processes. You'll need to be confident dealing with stakeholders with the ability to influence when needed.
This is a permanent position paying up to £65K depending on experience with a discretionary bonus. This role is available to candidates based in either Glasgow or London.
