Amazing opportunity to join our Belgium based global management consulting client !
You will be a proactive creative stellar professional based in Belgium- this is a hybrid role reporting directly into Talent Acquisition Director and will manage a small team of Belgium based recruiters, as well as delivering a full life-cycle recruitment partnering with the business at all levels creating and implementing effective and proactive & strategic recruitment delivery plans.
The successful candidate will also be part of a global talent acquisition team who will support and help to implement the overall strategy of aligning, integrating, and adopting new and exciting global recruitment technology and processes
Deliver full life-cycle recruitment across a variety of levels and roles
Identify high-quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and diversity & inclusion practices.
Establish creative sourcing strategies to locate and secure candidates with hard-to-find and niche skill sets across multiple geographies and often with time-sensitive deadlines.
Use data to drive effective priorities and strategies with the business and develop sourcing and candidate strategies, metrics, and best practices.
Experience/ Knowledge required;
You can demonstrate solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals, including senior leaders.
Have excellent, timely customer service skills
Ideally have experience of Workday -enjoy using analytics & data
Team leadership experience ,wealth of client-facing recruitment experience in Belgium
Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, consulting on recruitment strategies and driving efficient and effective outcomes.
Confident, diligent, and proactive approach.
Fluent in French, English and ideally Dutch
