We are working with our client to find a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. In this global matrix Media company you'll be partnering with hiring managers, developing quality talent pipelines and owning the recruitment process for each role you are working on.
To thrive in this role you will need to have previous experience in Talent Acquisition / in-house recruitment, managing all stages of the recruitment process and be comfortable working to agreed performance metrics. This is a fast paced environment where you need to be confident dealing with stakeholders across different levels and be a clear communicator.
- Own the running of a smooth recruitment process, ensuring both hiring managers and candidates are kept updated throughout the cycle.
- Make sure that diversity and inclusion practices are at the core of the recruitment process and use influence & guidance if necessary
- Collaborate with line managers to improve and innovate recruitment process
- Use your understanding of the business needs to best fulfil company recruitment needs
This is a permanent position. The offices are based in London but are currently working off a hybrid model. The salary is paying up to £42K depending on experience.
