We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Associate Director for a global media brand, reporting into the Director of Talent, working strategically to ensure the business uses the most appropriate hiring channels to attract and secure the best talent, from working with external recruitment partners or PSL to utilising the extensive internal resourcing team for in-house recruiting or volume/project hires.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for ensuring the creation, execution and management of the strategic plan hiring, including leading on initiatives around diversity and inclusion, candidate experience and selection methods across the group.

You will be a proactive, strategic individual contributor, who partners with internal People leaders, Talent Acquisition and Resourcing Teams to ensure that through yours insights, analysis and strategic approach, each business area obtains success in their hiring for the business.

  • Lead recruiting efforts with a focus on driving efficiency and accountability, creating talent strategies to increase hiring effectivity that support growth
  • Work closely with People leaders on effective implementation of EVP in line with wider diversity and inclusion efforts to increase brand awareness
  • Support the business across all functions, to effectively plan future capability and capacity requirements
  • Coordinate and run the annual workforce planning and hiring budget process with your entity
  • Working in partnership with each of the delivery team to grow talent pipelines to meet both current and future requirements
  • You will lead all talent acquisition channels and will be accountable for successful hiring on all requisitions for senior, experienced and future talent roles, acting as the bar raiser to ensure only the best talent is being hired
  • Managing all recruitment channels, working with the business to identify the most appropriate ways to deliver the agree hiring plan. Then work proactively to attract and engage the best people and the best diverse talent across all management layers and functions
  • Acting as Lead on all senior level hiring to ensure the business can access the best diverse leadership talent that enables our business to achieve its strategic objectives.

This role will suit you if have;
  • Strong consultative skills to partner with hiring managers and convert candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience using market intelligence to drive continuous improvement.• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, and/or equivalent level of industry experience.
  • Multiple years recruiting experience including several years’ experience in a strategic recruitment business partnering role
  • Ability to demonstrate adding value through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Multiple years leadership experience
  • Strong communications and organisational skills
  • Exposure of comprehensive behavioural-based interviewing and candidate assessment at all levels including Senior or Executive hires
