Supply Lead, Acquisition-Experiences (EMEA)

Location: Greater London
Length: Start date: 06/05/2025 End date: 31/12/2025
Rate: £43.26 – £51.65 p/h (inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours per week

  Overview 
The Acquisition Team, within the Supply team is a unique, multidisciplinary team that focuses on developing new Experiences supply for our client. We ideate, prototype, and deliver new hosted Experiences that grow our client’s business, develop and steward the creative vision for Host acquisition and curation initiatives, and collaborate with current and new types of Hosts to create exceptional hosted experiences that foster human connection in our shared physical world.
Job Function
The Supply Lead, Acquisition – Experiences, leads the acquisition of experiences to the platform through the research, curation, and sourcing a of experiences of high-quality, in-demand experiences hosted by expert hosts that meet the project’s brief, managing the supply acquisition funnel, and working directly with a team of vendors to deliver month-over-month supply goals globally. This role reports into the Sr. Manager, Supply Acquisition – Experiences. This creative, organized and passionate individual will support teams and projects to bring new supply to the platform.
 
Job Responsibility 

  • Supply Management – Oversee supply acquisition projects from planning to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
  • Industry Awareness & Sourcing – Stay updated on industry trends and source new talent and experiences by engaging with potential hosts.
  • Communication & Collaboration – Lead meetings, provide regular project updates, and ensure clear communication across teams and leadership to address blockers early.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate project records and circulate weekly updates tracking goals and progress. Create visual presentations and pitches.
  • Vendor & Quality Management – Manage vendor relationships, ensure leads meet quality standards, and support vendor training and integration into clients systems. Attend experiences regularly to assess and improve supply.

 Skills

  • 10+ years in creative development, project management, and supply acquisition in travel, entertainment, or marketing. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related creative fields.
  • Deep understanding of travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends, with a sharp eye for spotting new experiences and cultural trends. Strong ability to assess quality and stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while overseeing vendors and acquiring high-quality experiential products.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring, and fostering trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
  • Experienced in working with engineering, product, and data teams.
  • Excellent at presenting complex ideas, managing project dashboards, and handling CRM systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in fast-changing environments.
