Strategic HR Partner - Capability, Europe
Our Global FMCG client is seeking a talented and experienced Learning and Capability professional to come into a newly created strategic global role to focus on future capability and drive performance for their business, ensuring their employees have the skills required to perform not only within their roles but in a great place in terms of changing work skill-sets. This specialist HR position will work alongside the leadership team to understand current global skill gaps within this fast-moving consumer goods company.
The successful strategic partner will work with senior leaders and employees throughout Europe to create a compelling learning curriculum that will improve performance and deliver business growth.
Responsibilities of the Strategic HR Partner
Identify capabilities required, develop a plan to design and deploy relevant learning and ensure that there is a road map for future skills development
Drive insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement through capability
Knowledge & Required Skills
Experience in leading multiple complex projects
Experienced in true business partnering and shaping brilliant learning through leadership
Ability to analyse data and drive insights and decision making on capability priorities
Proven wealth experience in Learning & Development within EMEA/globally
A passion for learning and growing others
Outgoing and a natural communicator with an ability to rapidly build strong networks robust under pressure
Influencing and orchestration skills across multiple-markets
Experience with behavioural sciences, neuroscience, and data science/ AI
CIPD Degree qualified ideally or relevant experience
