Our client is seeking a Sourcer to proactively identify and engage leading talent. As a member of our team, the Sourcer partners with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent globally.

Sourcers conceive practical and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest in attracting passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

The company is also passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience which starts from the first interaction someone has with us.

To bring the world closer together, diversity is a must-have for our client, not an option. We encourage people with different backgrounds and experiences to help us build better products, make better decisions and better serve our clients.
