Solution Analyst L5

Location: London

Length: 5 Months

Rate: £300 - £344 per day

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Duties:
  • HR Transformation.
  • Workday Configuration.
  • Unit Testing.
  • Deployment.
  • Support for UAT/Functional testing.
  • Warranty Support.
Skills:
  • 5 to 7 years if IT experience.
  • 3 to 5 yrs of Workday Experience.
  • Workday Recruitment and Onboarding experience.
  • Workday HR Configuration knowledge and experience in various modules (Mandatory).
  • Extensive custom reporting experience (Mandatory).
  • Object Migration, Data Conversion and Workday Business Process Configuration (Mandatory).
  • Creating the new business processes and notifications in implementation tenants based on the
  • designed business flow diagrams (Mandatory).
  • Creation of the Business process and Exit conditions that are required for the BP and providing the Security roles (Mandatory).
  • Domains and the activation of security policies that are required for BP (Mandatory).
  • Creation of multi kinds of worklets like Bulletin, announcement worklet and set the condition rule for each worklet (Mandatory).
  • Creation of dashboard and enabling the respective security groups (Mandatory).
  • Support of Workday HCM, Security, Compensation and Reporting (Mandatory).
  • Involved in the design phase and prototyping for further discussions (Mandatory).
  • Created and used calculated fields in reporting, business processes and other areaswithin (Mandatory).
  • Configuration of Business Process, Time off plan and Leave plan. (Mandatory)
  • Workday Compensation: (Desired)
  • Creation of compensation packages, Grade, Grade profiles based on the Job Profile. (Desired)
  • Creation of business process rules and the compensation eligibility rules. (Desired)
Education:
  • Degree level with strong academic background. Proficient business finance experience is desirable.
