Marketing / Creative Agency Experience – Social Media Manager.
London – Cutting Edge Marketing Agency.
Hybrid.
Salary – £40k 

Are you a digitally fluent and creatively charged individual ready to take the reins of vibrant social media presences?

We’re on the hunt for a passionate Organic Social Media Manager (or an experienced senior Social Exec ready to step up) WORKING AT A MARKEING AGENCY CURRENTLY –  to become the voice and vision behind clients’ online identities for a renowned marketing agency.

You’ll be deeply involved in crafting engaging content, driving audience connection, and transforming social strategies into captivating realities. If you’re someone who lives and breathes social trends, thrives in a dynamic setting, and excels at turning ideas into thumb-stopping content, we want to hear from you!
The Role:

  • Running end-to-end organic social campaigns for multiple important clients – a very client facing role – working with internal teams to achieve delivery.
  • Spearhead the planning and execution of social media strategies that fuel brand growth and audience engagement.
  • Identify and capitalise on relevant cultural moments and community trends to amplify brand presence.
  • Lead the creative brainstorming and development of engaging content across various formats, aligning with brand voice.
  • Produce and edit authentic, platform-native content for channels like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Analyze social media performance, providing insightful reports to shape future creative and strategic direction.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience (2+ years) directly managing B2C social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok, GAINED WITHIN A MARKEING AGENCY.
  • A demonstrable track record of creating impactful, social-first content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Strong working knowledge of content creation and scheduling tools, such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Proven experience operating within a marketing agency environment, understanding its workflows and client-centric demands.
