Share Plans Specialist - MAT cover

Our client is a global brand who need mat leave cover for their Share Plans Specialist!

As the Share Plans Specialist you'll be part of the Global Reward team who are responsible for the reward structures which assist with the hiring of world-class talent.

You'll assist the Senior Share Plans Manager with the life cycle of the company’s share plans. You'll be instrumental in assisting with the share plan provider transition, the delivery of the launch of the global Sharesave scheme and assisting with all share plan communication with participants, monitoring the share plans mailbox and liaising internally with relevant departments. This is a broad role with plenty of opportunity to gain valuable experience in a global complex matrix company! 

Key responsibilities

•Assist with the transition to a new share plans provider and maintain an internal share plans tracker whilst the new provider is imbedding
•Assisting with the annual global launch of the Sharesave scheme and liaising with the share plan provider
•Overseeing the global monthly employer tax withholding process
•Responsible for Sharesave monthly contribution reconciliations and payment files
•Processing manual payments and tracking payments and receipts
•Supporting local and international Finance teams with their year-end reporting and audit requirements
•Assist with the setup and oversee the automation of the weekly and monthly reporting, leavers, and employee maintenance reports with the new provider and of the weekly Sharesave closure files with the new provider
•Continuous improvement of BAU processes and reconciliation of data

This role will be the perfect fit if:

•You have prior experience in share plans
•You have strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills e.g. pivot tables, v lookups etc.
•You have the ability to work at pace, prioritise workload and work fluidly in a fast-moving environment.

This is a mat leave cover contract paying up to £40K depending on experience. This role will be ideal if you are available immediately or due to finish a contract soon.
