Our client, a leading organization in the entertainment/creative industry, is seeking a Senior Programme Manager for a 9month Maternity cover to design and implement Learning & Development (L&D) and quality career development programs for a dynamic community of freelancers and entrepreneurs aged 18-30.
- Develop and implement the Creative Freelancers and Entrepreneurs Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Youth Programme Strategy and Business Plan while achieving key targets.
- Incorporate the perspectives and insights of young people into program planning, execution, and evaluation
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, government entities, community organizations, and the broader creative industries.
- Provide strong leadership and management to the team, identifying and implementing development opportunities and performance enhancements in alignment with HR processes.
Hybrid working 2-3 days a week in office
