Senior Manager - Compensation

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £23.00 -  £27.00 per hour

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HRBPs and business clients to deliver compensation solutions that support business objectives with a focus on our clients EMEA region
  • Perform meaningful data analysis on compensation elements, including base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentive plans, pay for performance, benchmarking / market data, peer reviews, and job evaluations
  • Partner with Recruiters to develop competitive compensation offers aligned to company pay practices and philosophy
  • Deliver compensation programs including annual base pay increases, promotions, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives to clients
  • Ensure compliance with all related regulations according to local jurisdictions
  • Coordinate the gathering of all data components related to any country specific pay equity reporting
  • Provide up-to-date market intelligence on competitive compensation trends and practices
  • Partner with HR colleagues on change management projects
     
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resces, Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting is preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience
  • Candidate must have a deep understanding of total compensation programs including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, executive compensation, benchmarking / market data, and job evaluation
  • Solid understanding of the external competitive market and the regulatory and compliance environment as it applies to any country specific mandates
  • Strong financial background and business acumen
  • Analytical mindset and ability to manage large, complex data sets
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in an environment with competing demands and ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork
     
Preferred Qualifications
  • Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations
  • Previous experience in tech or media companies in the EMEA region
  • Experience and high proficiency with the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
