Our leading professional services client are seeking a Senior Learning Business Partner – who is keen to work in fast moving environment , leading a small committed team of talented professionals,reporting directly into the Director of L & D
You will lead a small learning business partnering team , working closely with senior stakeholders providing strategic direction for your business area.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
Design, develop learning solutions that will improve their performance
Build performance consulting methodologies and capability in your team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
Experience at senior manager level, with a proven track record in core HR
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, educate, challenging and managing senior stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of innovative learning design and delivery methods.
Familiar with performance consulting methods and theory.
Strong financial management / commercial acumen.
Experience of developing digital learning and performance support solutions
Proven team leadership and management skills and ability to create a high performing, motivating, supportive and collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Experience of working with in a commercial large matrix environment will be beneficial
