Our Global creative client has a growing HR team in London and are seeking an enthusiastic Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Director to drive the HR strategy – you must have exceptional leadership skills and extensive HR management experience. Focus will be on large scale restructuring.

Deliver end-to-end generalist People support, including resourcing, employee engagement and culture, organisation design, employee relations, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
Influence senior stake holders and guide them by providing advice, support, skills and tools to proactively performance manage their teams effectively
Knowledge/ Skills & Experience;
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and constructively challenge
Senior HRBP experience gained in large matrix commercial - successful restructuring projects
Confident and articulate, comfortable sharing ideas and able to relate with people at all levels
Strong work ethic and motivation with the drive to succeed.
Strong project management skills, capable of managing projects from inception to implementation.
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
Grad calibre, similar work experience
