Senior HR People Lead
Global – Commercial
This is a complex matrixed role, with direct reporting line to the CPO – you will partner with a highly engaged collaborate global team. This will be an amazing opportunity if you have a wealth of consultancy experience within HR Change Mgmt.
Coach the driven leadership team to build and deliver ambitious talent plans and assist in the development of exciting career paths for people development.
You will be instrumental in building high performing teams, coaching line managers to create an agile and focused performance culture and fulfilling employee experiences.
Knowledge/ Skills & Experience;
This role requires someone with strong influencing skills who is empathetic and connects easily with other people. It is crucial this person has experience managing a diverse global population.
Strategic People consulting, business partnering and/or management roles
Proven success in driving execution in a global matrixed environment is critical – ideally within a consultancy
Possess knowledge of appropriate employment laws, company policies and sound business practice
Strong, impactful leadership and coaching skills
Post covid - Due to the role being global - international travel will be required for this role
